The Support You Need to Succeed
The Institute of Strategic Management (ISM) is committed to providing quality training and assessment services for all clients in accordance with the National ‘Standards for RTO’s 2015’. See below some of the policies and procedures that ISM have in place to ensure we meet our obligations.
The Institute of Strategic Management acknowledges that all vocational education and training includes language, literacy and numeracy tasks. Our trainers provide materials, resources and assessment tasks at a level of complexity required in the workplace for that competency only. Trainers also provide opportunities for repeated and supported practice.
The Institute of Strategic Management has a staff member qualified to assess language, literacy and numeracy levels. Support may be available to meet course requirements.
