Course Overview
This course is specifically designed to meet the Australian Securities Investment Commission (ASIC) requirements under RG105, requiring organisations under the AFS license to have a responsible manager to rely on for your organisational competence.
- Who is the RG105 Responsible Manager for?
Participants must have either minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or have relevant knowledge equivalent to a diploma, or hold a university degree in a relevant discipline.
- What You'll Learn
Upon successful completion of this qualification, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Key legislation RM’s should be familiar with
- Government requirements of customer service, codes of practice, staff training, documentation disclosure, and compliance
- Duration and Study Load
We recognise that each learner has their own pace and preferences, and thus, we offer a flexible duration for the program.

Assessments are available via your learning portal through your desktop, tablet or mobile.
They vary depending on the units and may include the following:
Quizzes.
Written tasks and/or case studies.
Examination.
Verbal assessment, by way of an interview with your trainer.
Observation by a trainer.

Assessment Submissions: Some assessments are video or audio-based. Record your answers using smartphones or similar devices, then submit via the eLearning portal.
