What do ISM do?

Does ISM offer any funded courses?

Yes, we do!

ISM is a approved training provider for the NSW Government’s Smart and Skilled funding scheme.

The purpose of the Smart and Skilled reform is to help people in NSW get the skills they need to find a job and advance their careers.

Smart and Skilled funded training is available for both traineeships and existing workers.

Do ISM offer payment plans?

Yes, we do. There is set criteria that need to be met in order to approve a payment plan. Please visit our fees and refund policy page here to find out more.

 

How is my payment accepted?

Upon enrolment, ISM will issue an invoice according to the fee schedule.

Participants are required to pay no more than $1,500.00 prior to the commencement of the course. Remaining fees will be due after commencement with due date outlined on the invoice.

Corporate clients will be issued an invoice as per corporate client agreements.

Certificates will not be issued to participants until full fees have been received.

All fees charged are based on a one-year enrolment term.

Is payment required upon completing enrolment form?
Once you are enrolled into our system, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. 
You will only receive access to the learning once the invoice is paid

Course Information

How to I secure my spot in a workshop?

To ensure all ISM students get the individual attention and resources they need to succeed, workshop sizes are limited. Once your enrolment has been received and paid for your spot in the course is secure. To connect with our team, click here.

What is the difference between online and virtual training?

Online and virtual training are delivered differently. 

Online training is 100% online and self paced. You log into your eLearning when and for how long you want to and complete your learning at your own pace. 

Virtual learning is also delivered online, but you will have the opportunity to join in for video conferencing sessions with your trainer and other participants completeing the same course as you. This format provides an opportunity for you to network, ask questions and helps motivate you to keep on track with your program.

 

How do I enrol and what is the process?

Please enrol using the links provided on the website. Your enrolment will be accepted and an invoice will be generated. Once payment is received access will be provided to the learning portal

Academic Information

What is a USI and where do I go to get it?

USI stands for Unique Student Identifier is your individual education identifier for life. It  creates an online record of your training attainments in Australia. You need a USI number to enrol into a qualification in Australia.

How do I log into my elearning?

 

Details of and instructions for your eLearning log in will be delivered to you via email after your are enrolled into a course.

Do ISM accept Recognition of Prior Learning applications?

Yes, we do!

Can I apply for a credit transfer?

Yes, you can!

You can start by visiting our credit transfer page and uploading your certified certificate AND transcript.

 

What can and can't the trainers and assessors help me with?

Your trainer and assessor is there to provide support for you throughout your qualification. If you are looking for clarification on a topic, module or general information about assessments and learning, they are there to help. 

Your trainer and assessor can not provide answers for you, or help you with technical support for our eLearning portal, enrolment or payment matters.

What do I do if I want to defer or discontinue studies?

Please contact ISM CEO for approval via moniqueh@ism.edu.au with information on your plans if you wish to defer or discontinue.
