Policy:

• Learners may use AI for research or assistance, not for completing assessment tasks where it undermines competency demonstration.
• Undeclared or inappropriate AI use constitutes academic misconduct.

Procedure:

• AI use guidelines provided in Learner Handbook and course inductions.
• Trainers monitor assessments for signs of AI-generated content.
• Suspected misuse handled under academic misconduct process.
• Learners educated on ethical use of AI and plagiarism.
