This program has been created for REA Group participants looking to complete FNS40815: Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
The Certificate IV is an introduction to the mortgage broking industry; how it works, who are the key players and the compliance and risk regime it works within.

The program focusses on the fundamentals of lending which a broker needs to know to provide the best possible customer service to all clients. Topics include; the 5 C's of credit; the key assessment criteria lenders use, the home loan process, financial products and services and maintaining compliant records.
