The FNS40820 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is ideally suited for people seeking to work as finance/mortgage brokers as well as those who provide lending information to your organisation’s customers.

The course gives you an excellent understanding of key issues and product information in the finance and mortgage broking industry, therefore enabling you to offer sound guidance to clients. It includes all the essential skills such as product knowledge, legal aspects and documentation required to implement a mortgage-based loan. Our program caters to learners from a wide variety of organisational, professional and personal backgrounds.

Duration

This course is completed in a virtual seminar format. This requires attendance to virtual training sessions and online e-learning content and assessment submissions. We would expect this course to take anywhere from 6 to 12 months to complete.

Assessment Information
Assessments for this course will be provided on your learner portal which is accessible via Desktop, tablet or mobile.

For each qualification, there are a range of assessments for each qualification. These assessments vary depending on the qualification and can include the following;

  • Verbal assessment, by way of an interview with your trainer.
  • Observation by a trainer.
  • Supervisor Checklists.
