Overview
Credit management is the process of granting credit, the terms it's granted on, and recovering this credit when it's due. This is the function within a bank or company to control credit policies that will improve revenues and reduce financial risks.
Who is it for?
This qualification is relevant to credit professionals who work in either consumer or commercial credit in a variety of workplaces such as:
- Financial institutions such as a bank or credit union
- Within a business which offers commercial credit to customers
- Organisations offering a factoring and/or invoice discounting facility

FNSINC411 – Conduct work according to professional practices in the financial services industry
FNSORG411 – Conduct individual work within a compliance framework
FNSRSK411 – Apply risk management strategies to own work
