The BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification reflects the role of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to or review management practices. Their role may be in any industry or organisational setting. Typically, people in these roles will have considerable experience in their respective industries or vocational areas and couple an informed perspective of the specific work requirements with their managerial approaches.

 

Who is it for?

This program is particularly appropriate for managers/supervisors with a technical/trade background including project managers, office managers, leading hands, coordinators and forepersons.

There are no entry requirements for this course. Having experience in a management role will help in giving you the best success for this course.

Duration

We understand that each learner has individual requirements and likes to study at their own pace. We would expect this course to take anywhere from 6 months to 1 year for completion.

Assessment Information

Assessments for this course will be provided on your learner portal which is accessible via Desktop, tablet or mobile.

For each qualification, there are a range of assessments for each qualification. These assessments vary depending on the qualification and can include the following;

  • Quizzes
  • Written tasks and/or case studies.
  • Verbal assessment, by way of an interview with your trainer.
  • Observation by a trainer.
  • Supervisor Checklists.
