The BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management develops your project management skills to manage any size project, from essential tasks in a small business to extensive projects that influence a whole organisation. Project management learning incorporates assessing risk, incorporating key stakeholders into the project process, determining costs, managing people, and finding the most efficient processes that deliver your required outcome. This course also delivers knowledge that will enable you to view the project as a whole and monitor, analyse and adjust as the project progresses through its lifecycle.
This course will focus on the following areas:
- Writing effective project plans to meet the delivery requirements of corporate/business expectations
- Using mechanisms linked with the plan for the day-to-day control of projects to meet objectives
- Providing quality deliverables, with the ability to meet reporting requirements on demand
- Selecting appropriate tools to support monitoring and control mechanisms
- Assigning agreed responsibilities to get the best out of core and broader team capabilities.

This program is particularly appropriate for project leaders; project management facilitators or project/program administrators.

For each qualification, there are a range of assessments for each qualification. These assessments vary depending on the qualification and can include the following;

- Verbal assessment, by way of an interview with your trainer.
- Observation by a trainer.
- Supervisor Checklists.
