The BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management develops your project management skills to manage any size project, from essential tasks in a small business to extensive projects that influence a whole organisation. Project management learning incorporates assessing risk, incorporating key stakeholders into the project process, determining costs, managing people, and finding the most efficient processes that deliver your required outcome. This course also delivers knowledge that will enable you to view the project as a whole and monitor, analyse and adjust as the project progresses through its lifecycle.
