Entry Requirements for this program
Existing worker and currently undertaking a traineeship. The learner has completed Year 10 secondary schooling (or equivalent). After enrolment students complete ISM’s standard Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment (LLN).
(Please note: The LLN assessment is on the eLearning portal. Learners will not be able to proceed without completing this tab).

Qualification Duration
We understand that each learner has individual requirements and likes to study at their own pace. We would expect this course to take anywhere from 6 months to 1 year to completed (or up to 2 years if completed as part of a traineeship).

Assessment Information
Assessments for this course will be provided on your learner portal which is accessible via Desktop, tablet or mobile.
For each qualification, there are a range of assessments for each qualification. These assessments vary depending on the qualification and can include the following;
- Quizzes
- Written tasks and/or case studies.
- Verbal assessment, by way of an interview with your trainer.
- Observation by a trainer.
- Supervisor Checklists.
