2018 MEMBER EXPERIENCE DETAILS
Due to popular demand, this year ISM have decided to host two intakes of the Member Experience Program which will be open to anyone working in the Community Owned Banking Sector. This will give the participant’s a fantastic opportunity to network and learn from their peers whilst learning important sales skills and improving their communication with members.
